ERSRI Member Survey - How Are We Doing?

August 1, 2019: You may have recently received a postcard or e-mail asking you to complete a member survey. The Retirement System is asking our members to tell us how we can:

• help you be better prepared for a more financially secure retirement
• provide improved communication to you about your retirement benefits
• better answer your questions about your retirement benefits and how your plan works.

The survey should only take about 10-12 minutes to complete. If, after receiving the survey, you have questions, please call ERSRI at (401) 462-7600, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
